Devon Garage Conversions was founded by two brothers who shared a simple belief — that homeowners across Devon deserve a specialist company that treats every garage conversion with the same care, speed, and quality as a brand-new home.

After 30 years working in construction and property development, they saw the same problem time and again garage conversions being treated as an afterthought, completed slowly or without the expertise needed to meet building regulations and design expectations. Determined to change that, they set out to build something better: a company that specialises exclusively in turning underused garages into beautifully finished, fully compliant living spaces.

With a combined 30+ years of experience and hundreds of successful projects behind them from single garage transformations to multi-unit new-build developments the brothers and their dedicated team bring professionalism, precision, and a personal touch to every project.
